Is Coachmen RVs made in China or the USA?

The cited manufacturing location is in the USA. The brochures do not establish the country of origin of every appliance, chassis or other component used in a finished Coachmen RV. [2] [3]

Same factory, different label

Coachmen and Rockwood are both Forest River brands. The Brookstone brochure’s GE Profile appliance listings illustrate that purchased appliances have their own brands; they do not make GE the RV manufacturer or establish shared Coachmen/Rockwood assembly lines. [1] [3]

Where was your tire made?

A company address and a country of manufacture answer different questions. Start with your exact model.

  1. Read both sidewalls for the country-of-origin marking.
  2. Record the complete DOT tire identification number and date code.
  3. Check the specific size and production batch rather than another tire from the same brand.

Middlebury, Indiana, is the primary manufacturing location described by Coachmen. Forest River’s wider seven-state plant network is a group fact, not a current plant assignment for every Coachmen model. [1] [2]
