That historical location does not allocate every current KZ model to a factory; the 2026 filing separately identifies KZ and Venture RV. [1] [3]

Who owns KZ RVs?

THOR announced its K-Z purchase on April 17, 2014 with an effective May 1 closing. Its 2021 acquisition timeline and 2026 operating-company report confirm the continuing KZ relationship. [1] [2] [3]

Who actually makes KZ RVs products?

The current filing names KZ products including Sportsmen, Connect, Ridgeway, Durango, Durango Gold and Sportster X. It separately identifies Venture RV products within the same operating business. [3]

Where are KZ RVs products made?

The acquisition announcement describes K-Z’s Shipshewana production complex, with six primary facilities at that time. That historical footprint is not a count or street-address map of all current KZ assembly buildings. [1]

Is KZ RVs made in China or the USA?

US manufacture is documented at the historical Indiana complex. Exact current assembly location and the countries supplying every chassis component, appliance or material are not public in the reviewed sources in the reviewed records. [1] [3]

Same factory, different label

Venture RV belongs within KZ, while Keystone, Jayco and other THOR businesses are separately described operations. Common THOR ownership does not make KZ a Keystone-built trailer or prove every sister brand uses one factory. [3]

Where was your tire made?

A company address and a country of manufacture answer different questions. Start with your exact model.

  1. Read both sidewalls for the country-of-origin marking.
  2. Record the complete DOT tire identification number and date code.
  3. Check the specific size and production batch rather than another tire from the same brand.
