USAA confirmed operating site is Batavia, Ohio: the August 2026 company release says it was already making Purina Pro Plan, Purina ONE and Dog Chow. [1] [2]
Is Purina dog food made in China or the USA?
US manufacturing is documented for Batavia’s production. That evidence does not establish an all-US factory or raw-material origin for the entire international Purina portfolio. [1] [2]
Same factory, different label
Pro Plan, Purina ONE and Dog Chow are named together at the Batavia site. Shared site production does not establish that their recipes or product specifications are identical. [2]

- Historical group portfolio context for Purina in Nestlé PetCare; does not assign every recipe to a factory. [3]
