Is Kenmore refrigerators made in China or the USA?

The documented example was made in South Korea. Neither a US brand owner nor this older recall establishes China or US assembly for a refrigerator bought today. [2] [3]

Same factory, different label

The recall covers both LG and Kenmore Elite Trio refrigerators made by LG. It confirms a maker shared across two labels for the listed models; it does not mean LG owns Kenmore or makes every current refrigerator. [2] [3]

Where was your washing machine made?

A company address and a country of manufacture answer different questions. Start with your exact model.

  1. Locate the rating plate without removing panels or moving a heavy appliance.
  2. Record the model, serial number and any country-of-origin statement.
  3. Ask the manufacturer about that exact unit if the plate does not state an origin.
