Is LG refrigerators made in China or the USA?

LG’s Clarksville factory is documented for washers and dryers. That US laundry factory does not establish US refrigerator assembly, and China origin for an unspecified LG refrigerator is not public in the reviewed sources here. [3]

Same factory, different label

The historical Trio recall documents LG manufacturing under both LG and Kenmore labels. That relationship concerns the listed old models, not ownership of Kenmore or an identical current product range. [2]

Where was your washing machine made?

A company address and a country of manufacture answer different questions. Start with your exact model.

  1. Locate the rating plate without removing panels or moving a heavy appliance.
  2. Record the model, serial number and any country-of-origin statement.
  3. Ask the manufacturer about that exact unit if the plate does not state an origin.
