Who actually makes Kirkland Bourbon products?

Unlike private labels whose makers are undisclosed, the reviewed Kirkland bourbon names Barton on the label. The finding is tied to that bottle, not Kirkland Canadian, Scotch or other whiskey. [1]

Where are Kirkland Bourbon products made?

The September 2021 review describes Costco’s Barton Bottled-in-Bond bottling alongside the Small Batch and Single Barrel releases. The November review records the distillery identifier printed on its bottle. [2][1]

Is Kirkland Bourbon made in China or the USA?

US production is confirmed for this Kentucky bourbon. The evidence does not support treating every Kirkland spirit as American-made: this is a product-specific finding. [1]

Same factory, different label

The Barton label establishes a distillery connection, not that a Kirkland bourbon is identical to a particular retail 1792 expression. Recipe, barrel selection and proof must be considered separately. [1][2]
